The first ever “The Room” – themed trail. (Yeah, yeah, we know that E-dub appropriately had a Disaster Artist-themed trail last Fall, but it’s not really the same thing.)
There will be footballs, red strappy dresses, spoons, Golden Gate bridges, and plenty of “Oh Hai”s!
Short runner/walker trails followed by a screening of The Room!
Hares: Quick Closing and Anal Fission (even though it was totally PITA’s idea)
Start Location: Fort C.F. Smith Park, Arlington
2411 N. 24th St. Use 2222 N. 24th St. in GPS to get you to the parking lot entrance. (Don’t turn in to the house driveway you wanker!. Look left to see the entrance to the parking lot!)
Time: 2pm
Cost: $7 – small giveaway included
Directions: Spout Run Pkwy to Lorcom Ln, right on Edgewood, right on N 24th. About 5 houses past 23rd, parking lot entrance is on the left.
Run/Walk Details: Short-ish runners trail + separate walker trail, A-B. Probably stroller friendly, doggie friendly fur sure.
On After: Arlington VFW (2116 19th st. N Arlington,VA) Sadly, no pets not allowed inside the on-after. Plus, it’s basically a bar. Bring kiddos at your own risk.
Movie screening: The movie The Room is rated R. It is not for children. It shows simulated sex. (If the baby cries during the movie, give ’em to Quick Closing. She’s the baby whisperer.)
